Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Gloves and Headcovers unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Exchange Shipping
